Consultation
Before beginning service, we want to meet you and your sweet furry one! We will schedule a FREE** 20 minute consultation. We will discuss the plan that you'd like for us to follow. **Charges will apply if more than one consultation is requested.

 Daily dog walks & pet care visits

 
 Yard waste removal
Is picking up your dog's yard waste too time consuming or just plain yucky? No worries, we would love to help! We'll just require that you provide the following for your professional poop picker upper: pooper scooper, trash bags, a garbage can to dispose of the waste, and we'll do the rest!  Typically takes 15 minutes - 30 minutes per .25 acre of yard with one week's worth of waste.

 Errands, house check-ins, key retrieval, extensive clean - up 
Are you just too busy? Need us to pick up your drycleaning, do some light shopping, pick out a gift for a friend/family member, check in on a family member in need, and/or do something you just don't have time to do? OR, do you need someone to check in on your home while you're out of town (rotate lights, bring in the mail/packages, water the plants, etc)? OR, did you get locked out?  we offer a key retrieval service that is subject to availability of the walker holding your key(s). if you are in need of your key for any reason, we will deliver your key to you for a fee (holiday surcharge fees will be applied if keys requested on holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our key retrieval service, but, please contact us should you misplace/lose, forget or are in need of your key for any reason.  Lastly, there are times that pets have accidents and time consuming clean-up is required.  We of course will clean up the accident & will charge an amount based on the additional time the walker stays in your home.  **For all services in this section, we will charge you accordingly based on time blocks needed to complete requests.  Remember, even if you have a special request outside of this service list, Just ask us, we may be able to help out! 

 
-15 minute time block - $15.00 (10 mile driving radius within Leesburg, VA)

 Cancellation
Please respectfully give us notice by 8am the day of service if you need to cancel/change service*. This way we will have plenty of time to re-route our walkers. We understand that 'stuff' happens, but, we do need to charge for cancellations outside of this request; which would be the full service fee. So, please give us plenty of notice!  *Please give one week's notice for vacation cancellation, 2 weeks notice over our busy holidays; 50% will be due for any service cancelled outside of the above related to vacation and overnight services. 

 Payment

• Payment is due on the 1st of the month for all services scheduled for the 1st – 15th of the month.
• Payment is due on the 16th for all services scheduled for the 16th – end of the month.
• If your new service(s) begin on a day other than the above dates, then payment is due the first day of service through the end of that billing cycle.
• If there are any cancellations during a period, this will be treated as a credit to your account and will be applied during the next payment cycle. 
• You may pre-pay directly through paypal on our website. We will keep your card on file and charge for services per the payment schedule above, if you choose not to pre-pay online. 
• Please no cash or checks payments, as they both are easily misplaced and carry higher risk. Cash gratuities are welcome if you want to leave it for your regular sitter.  Thank you for your understanding!

$5.00 per visit which is given directly to your walker's compensation. The following holidays are surcharged:

Is your pet care provider/dog walker doing an exceptional job? Please feel free to show your appreciation and gratitude by reviewing us and rewarding them with a gratuity. We can add it to your credit card charge, or you are welcome to leave them a cash tip. All gratuities go directly to your Pet Care provider/walker.  Thank you for taking care of your loyal walking WETNOSES team member!  

 

**Fees are subject to change every 3 years in an effort to remain competitive in the market place, compensate for increased cost of living, and provide incentives to our faithful team members for their hard work. We will provide notice one month prior to a rate change, which will be a maximum of a 3-7% increase. Thank you for your understanding.
